Raguel, along with her sister Dara, is the owner and director of Fierce Factory Dance & Talent. The studio reflects her passion for teaching dance. Raguel is best known for her national award winning solos, duets, team and officer choreography along with aspiring young dancers in the Houston area.

Dara, along with her sister Raguel, is the owner and director of Fierce Factory Dance & Talent. She is a professional dancer and choreographer that performed with the world-renowned Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders and as a prestigious L.A Laker Girl. Dara focuses on teaching dancers the importance of doing what you love and learning to be confident in who you are.
Dance Instructor & Choreographer
Lori is an exceptional instructor and choreographer for Fierce Factory Dance & Talent. She brings over 15+ years of professional experience to our studio. Her primary focus is in the dance genres of modern, lyrical, contemporary and ballet. She is an integral part of our Fierce Factory Dance Team training.
Jenny joins brings 10+ years of experience in competitive dance to the Fierce Factory. As a collegiate dancer, she competed at NDA nationals with McLennan and later with Stephen F. Austin State University. Her primary focus is in jazz, contemporary, and pom.
Brooke Kotrla is a graduate from Houston’s High School for the Performing and Visual Arts as a dance major where she studied ballet, modern, contemporary, and jazz. She went on to compete and dance with Texas Tech Pom Squad’s NDA Championship team. Her strengths lie in choreography and technique for all levels of dancers.
Estheysis began her ballet training in the Vocational Art School "Luis Casas Romero" in Camagüey (1999) and continued it in the Academy "Vicentina de la Torre" in Havana. In 2008, she joined the Cuban National Ballet and was promoted to the category of Principal Dancer in 2015. She is currently dancing with the Houston Ballet and sharing her abundance of talent with our Fierce Factory students.
Maikel Hernandez began dancing at the age of 9 at the Alejo Carpentier School of Ballet in Havana, Cuba. He dance professionally and has performed internationally with the National Ballet of Cuba in Spain, Italy, Australia, China, Canada, Mexico, Guatemala, Guyana, Martinique, Brazil, Argentina, Chile and the United States. He is proud to share his passion for ballet and professional training expertise with our Fierce Factory dancers.
