Our Teams
Competitive dance is the style of dancing where competition is the main focus. Competitors perform dances in several different genres of dance, such as jazz, pom, lyrical, novelty, contemporary, hip hop, etc. Competitive dance offers a higher level of dance training for the dancers and exposes them to a whole new side of dance. Here at the Fierce Factory we pride ourselves on not being just a competitive dance team, but also in being a family that teaches poise, confidence, and the opportunity to develop and nurture lifelong relationships. Team levels are determined by the dancer’s age as of August 31st. Auditions are held in the Spring and Summer for the following competition year.
BABY DOLLS
Ages 3-5
Our Baby Doll team is our youngest competitive team. With this team we focus on introducing basic dance technique and skill while instilling fun and encouraging a love for dance.
PRIMA DIVAS
Ages 5-6
Our Prima Diva team builds upon technique learned as Baby Dolls while enhancing skills and performance abilities.
LEGENDS
Ages 7-9
Our Legends team pushes 7-9 year olds to develop intermediate dance skills while solidifying a love for performing.
DESTINY
Ages 10-12
Our Destiny Team is for dancers ages 10-12 looking to develop advanced dance technique and skill while performing at the highest level possible.
INTENSITY
Ages 13 – 15
Our Intensity Team is made up of dancers looking to cultivate their skills as they prepare to embark on the allstar team, their high school drill team, or both.
