OWNER & FIERCE FACTORY DANCE TEAM DIRECTOR

Raguel McFarlane was born and raised in Friendswood, Texas with a passion for dance.  At an early age Raguel was enrolled in dance, before becoming a part of the nationally-ranked Friendswood Chiefettes.  She was a Friendswood High School Varsity Cheerleader, while also modeling for First Models, Page Parkes Inc., and McDonald Richards Agency in New York.  She attended Stephen F. Austin State University where she majored in Business Administration.  Raguel went on to open and run her own competitive dance studio, Xcellent Xposusure Dancin’ Angels for 5 years.  The team received many national titles for team, officers, and solos and Raguel received numerous choreography awards.  She was the Assistant Director for a non-profit organization Dancers Against Cancer (DAC) in League City, Texas for 3 years.  Dancers under Raguel’s instruction have gone on to be successful on their high school teams and/or officer lines, college teams, professional cheerleaders/dancers, confident and poised young women.  Currently, Raguel continues to pursue her passion teaching dance, designing and embellishing costumes, choreographing national award winning solos, duets, teams, and officers for young aspiring dancers in the Houston area.
