Dara Sayrie

OWNER & DIRECTOR

Dara Sayrie has been dancing competitively since she was 8 years old, training in Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, & Pom. Following High School, she took her career to the next level by auditioning for and earning a spot as a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader. Throughout her two seasons as a DCC, Dara was blessed to be part of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders Show Group and travel on 2 USO Tours and one Sergeant Major of the Army Tour to Iraq, Afghanistan, & Korea where they put on shows and visited with the troops during the Holidays. In 2009, Dara decided it was time to take a leap of faith and moved to Los Angeles, California to further her dance career by auditioning for the Los Angeles Laker Girls and made the team that summer. Dara cheered on the World Famous Lakers for 4 amazing seasons, experiencing one NBA Championship in 2010 against the Boston Celtics, countless appearances in commercials, game shows, and "Jack & Jill" the movie. These unforgettable moments and opportunities have all molded and shaped Dara into the woman, dancer, and choreographer that she is today and ultimately brought both Dara and her passion for dance back home to Houston, Texas. Since returning home, she has worked as an instructor at Laeral Dance Academy (Missouri City, Texas), a judge and clinician for the Prairie View A & M University Black Foxes, a free lance choreographer for local high schools, and most importantly, the Co- Owner & Director of Fierce Factory Dance & Talent. Dara has choreographed countless award winning solos and team routines that have both competed and won  at various competitions, including the Dance Summit & Dance Worlds in Orlando Florida.  While she loves the competition scene, her true passion is to assist dancers in preparing for their College and Pro dance teams. Dara believes that by sharing her experiences as a pro cheerleader she can truly help others to take their audition to the next level and receive a positive outcome in return. Because of this passion, Dara started her College/Pro Prep Program called PROfection, where dancers train to be perfect for the Pros. In addition to her role as a business owner and choreographer, her favorite roles are being a wife to her husband, Victor, and a mommy to her two sons, Legend and Titan. There is no greater title than "Mom".
